January 2025

This month we served a variety of beef and pork chili with sides of mac and cheese, elote corn, chips, and cookies

    January 2025

The temperatures were <30F all morning, and the wind was whipping and cold. But the team was committed to bringing a hot chili meal to our guests, and that's exactly what we did. Chili, mac and cheese, elote-style corn, cookies, crackers and chips, and condiments were on hand to ensure our guests got a hot, tasty meal. We served nearly 100 plates and to-go boxes to our guests who loved the variety of pork and beef chilis prepared by our team.

    Hot brisket in the cold

In February we served 130 plates of well-smoked brisket, chicken, rice, mac and cheese, rolls, brownies, and fruit to our undeterred guests. It was a great turnout on a cold, windy morning
